The Swig Company is a commercial real estate developer with properties across the US, including the SF Bay Area and New York. The client wanted a conservative and polished look for their new site, including a pure CSS layout and simple Flash intro page.
I firmly believe that Flash components shouldn't hinder the overall usability of the website, and follow the mantra of "design the content, not the look." Following this idea, the Flash intro does not affect the top nagivation and does not block access to site content.
Adobe Contribute training was also provided for basic content management to be done in-house by the client.
